Tell HHS to Let Americans Choose the Health Care Plan They Want!

Messages Sent So Far

President Trump's health care executive order called for allowing consumers to purchase (and renew) health insurance plans that are far more affordable because they are exempt from Obamacare's costly regulations.

The Obama administration practically banned this form of health insurance because they knew if it was on the market, many consumers would choose it over an expensive Obamacare plan. Obama's HHS ruled that short-term health insurance plans could only be offered for periods of less than 3 months and banned renewals even if you liked your plan.

Trump's executive order called for ending these Obama-era regulations.  But now, the Department of Health and Human Services is considering a rule that would keep Obama's renewal ban.
